RE: Good passive preamp for Quicksilver amps

If you are willing to try DIY you can find out on the cheap by building one yourself. I would recommend using a 10k pot (PEC is a good one). My prediction is that it will work well with the QS amp(s).

I tried this while my preamp was in the shop for modification and have been so pleased that the pre has not made it back into the lineup.
