If you have money to burn get the ST-100.
The problem with the Atlas (and it's not a bad problem to have) is that it's priced too cheap. It should be at LEAST $2500, maybe $3000.
At it's crazy $2000 price the ST-100 is fifteen hundred bucks more. That's just too much (for me) to choke down.
If the difference had been $500 or so I'd have spent it.
But two grand for an Atlas? That's just too hard to turn down.
