I thought the power supply and maybe the audio transformers were larger in the ST-100 but I could be wrong. An email to Rogue will confirm either way. They're usually pretty responsive.
As for the Cronus Magnum, it's a warmer sounding amp than the Stereo 90 Super Magnum or the discontinued Tempest integrated amps. But I realize we are discussing the new ST-100 vs Atlas.
