Rogue makes great gear and is loved by many on AA, so doesn't Blue Circle Audio (although there are a few here that seem to take great pleasure in knocking it without hearing it for some reason - don't listen to those that have never heard the brand before). BCA makes a great integrated called the DAR that may fit your requirements. It is a hybrid design that uses 6SN7 and solid state technologies. There is a used one available on the BC Forum site for a little more than your stated budget. I can tell you from personal experience that Blue Circles amps mate wonderfully with Martin Logan speakers.
