Sadly, I've been vacillating so much on this that the cash I had started to save for whatever my choice ended up being had to go for other items (darn priorities!!!).

Solid State? Maybe. Anything I want that is a sand amp would probably be class A (heat, higher E bills, etc).

Tubes? Cost and maintenance are issues (well, mostly maintenance as witnessed by my refurb, care and feeding of the ARC D76a- this time, I just wanna sit down and listen!).

Class D? Looks neat on paper, some say it sounds great; others not so much, and certainly they can take up less space for a given output (and less draw from the outlets)...

For sure, let us know what you think once you get he Rogue in and dialed in! I will be waiting!!! LOL
