Williamson refers to the circuit not the transformers. The transformers without screen taps are suitable for pentode or triode output connections.
The original Williamson was a triode connected KT66, but that was followed by triode connected 807s and then Keroes introduced a "ultralinear" Williamson using his A470 transformers.
