Dynaco A470 Output Transformers

I have a Dynaco Stereo 70 minus tubes at the present. I am trying to evaluate the A470 output transformers. Could someone measure the DC resistance plate to plate of the transformers in their Stereo 70 (without unit turned on) and let me know what resistance they measure? All the information I see only describes the plate to plate impedance which is an AC measurement. I just want to know the DC resistance so I can determine which one is likely defective. One transformer reads 1/2 that of the measurement of the other.
