RE: Output impedance of a DAC to input impedance of Power amp??????

The answer to your fist question is your DAC will see a load of 8246-ohms, which should be okay since your DAC's output impedance is only 10-ohms. I don't see a problem. What load does the DAC's manufacturer recommend?

I don't know the answer to your second question about the passive preamp, but with such a low output impedance of 10-ohms, your DAC will probably work well with any load resistance of 1000-ohms or higher.
