Integrated Amp 2-ch w/ built-in DAC, sub $2000 USD ?

I'm looking for a 2-ch solid-state Integrated Amp with built-in DAC. This is for a family room TV setup driving a pair of Tannoy Saturn S8LR bookshelf speakers. I have a couple very specific requirements including:

- Must output at least ~60wpc @ 8 Ohm, and more at 4 Ohm.
- Must have Optical Toslink input minimum, Coaxial SPDIF.
- USB input would be nice but not required.
- MM or MC phono would be nice but not required.
- Full-function remote control.
- Must be under about $2000 USD, much less would be even better!
- Consumer brands are fine (doesn't have to be 'audiophile approved').

The Marantz PM6005 at $699 is just about perfect but I'm concerned that it may not have sufficient power output. The Tannoy bookshelf speakers don't require a lot of power but they come 'alive' with a good amp behind them.

Again, this is for a basic family room 2-ch setup mostly for DVD, Blu-ray TV viewing, and occasional CD/SACD and streaming music. I don't need or want an AV receiver but a decent 2-ch integrated with the features listed above would be ideal.

Any ideas?
