Wierd Bias Problem

I have a Cary sli-80 F1, bought (new open box) in March. Set bias at 70 ma on both output sides (two KT 88's each side).

Went to check bias today and am getting readings of single-digit ma's on both sides. The amp has been sounding fine. Given that both sides are doing this, I think it's an amp and not a tube problem? The 88's (EH) I think were new, and I don't have a tester. Any help would be appreciated. Probably will call Cary Monday.
