Wrong again. The reason UV light causes damage v. red light is because of UV light corresponds to the energy of the chemical bonds of organic matter. This light gets absorbed and disrupts the bonds. Red light corresponds more to vibrational modes of molecules and tends to produce heat rather than chemical disruption. To clarify, the change in energy states is not the same as the actual energy of an object, ΔE = h*f and not E=h*f. For example a high powered UV lamp will cause more damage than a 3 watt UV LED just like a broiler element (glowing red) is more likely to burn you than a red light in a brothel (hmm... maybe not a good example).
