They use only N-Mosfets in the output stage in a true balanced parallel push pull design. Essentially, its an OTL circlotron done with Mosfets instead of tubes. Of course it uses tubes on the input. Basically the Einstein "Light in the Dark" is the same with a bit more power and not integrated. Sounds pretty darn good as I now have one myself (The integrated that is).
