Has anyone tried "Indeed class A valve buffer amp" (Hong Kong) sold on e-bay for $94.99? It is equipped with one 5814 vintage tube (probably, GE). Does it really improve the sound of CDs (particularly, does it help to eliminate excessive sibilance (s-s-sh)?
