I can think of two examples using different output device strategies: AVA and Audio Research
Frank Van Alstine has been a hybrid advocate for some time. His Fet Valve amps use tubes for voltage gain followed by mos-fet drivers before the mos-fet outputs.
AVA 400R
Audio Research has also made quite a few amplifiers (along with line stages) that use a mix of FETs and tubes in the signal stage while using tubes for output. Here is one of many:
