Thanks everyone.

I had an earlier Adcom pre/tuner and while the pre wasn't bad the tuner was. I was hoping they improved upon the tuner as I do listen to FM. I've heard the preamps have improved since the earlier days, but I guess the tuner is still a cheap tuner pack.

I was hoping to put together a general listening 2 channel system for FM, TV, and DVD. I will look elsewhere. Maybe the NAD 1600 or vintage MAC tube my be a better route. How about B&Ks pre/tuner? Any other optons?
