I presume you have the Premier 10 preamp. RF would be very unusual as CJ has been highly resistant to most RF. Their Factory in Virginia is located a mile away from a very powerful TV transmitting tower and they are quite familiar with RF and it's issues.

As suggested below, try different interconnects. If you unplug all source components and still suffer from audible RF then I would suspect your preamp amp IC. You can also check by disconnecting your preamp and capping the amp inputs and just turning the amp on. RF then would suggest that it is not forward in the audio chain. If you are in close proximity to transmitting towers then you may need shielded IC's
