S.E.X. amp troubleshoot

My apologies if this has come up before...I was unable to find an answer in the archives. I'm a newb here and I'm doing my pre-powerup check but have had two problems:
1) resistance at A4 and B4 in the socket pins is about 200 ohms, rather than zero. I have resoldered. Caveat: I'm using lead-free solder, which takes getting used to, obviously.

2) Resistance at the input center pins doesn't change from 100Kohms when the pot is swung from min to max, although resistance at 19 and 39 does. I'm not sure that resistance SHOULD change at the inputs, but I'm just following the instructions. :) Again, I have re-soldered the contacts with no change.

Success in getting this amp up and running will do a lot for my confidence, as I'm building two other amps from scratch at the same time.....both musical instrument amps with a lot more going on than in the S.E.X amp: vibrato, reverb, two channels, etc.

I would apppreciate any help with this. Cheers.
