Hi Leslie,

I haven't heard your particular model, but I have owned two AA Puccini SE integrated amps, and liked them quite a bit. Merlin's Bobby Palkovic recommended them highly to me in concert with my TSM-M monitors which I purchased from him, due their tube-like sound. I moved on from them however in search of more detail and "jump factor." Currently I have a BAT VK 300 XSE, which betters the AA amps in every way (as it should since it's much more expensive). I think you may have to increase your amp budget to couple the finesse and softness of the AA with more focus and clarity. I've owned a ton of integrated amps over the past few years, and can probably recommend quite a few, if you're interested and can provide your amp budget and speaker model. One solid state amp that comes to mind immediately is the Electrocompaniet EC-3.
