What do you think about the VS110?

I don't know the VT100mk2 or VT200 - and probably will find it hard to find in Canada (don't want to deal with cross border annoyances). Brand new adding the HD220 or the REF110 to the REF3 becomes a $16-19k path... yikes! I'd love to find a used REF3, but would only buy from a dealer with used stock (I know, it's a hang-up that will cost me money).
What do you think of the VS110 coupled with the REF3?
