If you really do want lots of power, go with the Mk IIIs by all means.

The Mk IIIs are KT88/6550-powered amps, good for 50-60 watts or so. I think the stock circuit sounds okay, but nothing to get excited about. (BTW, Groove is actually thinking of the Dyna Mk IV, which is the monoblock version of the ST70). I would simply use the chassis and the transformers as the basis of a new amp project.

Both ST70 and Mk III are available new in kit form from Dynakitparts. I haven't tried them.
