From looking at the list. I agree with Matt. The Promitheus has no peers at this price point...I mean none! Is it the best in the world..no device can truly claim that. Will it give you high end sound when paired with the right components...for sure!By the way, I owned one of those SL-2000a units a few years ago. Sweet sounding little preamp, but there's no confusing it with the Promitheus..totally different league in sound my friend.
