I have a Promitheus TVC with about 50 hours on it, so allegedly not yet burned in. Even so I can tell you this is the best bargain in hi-fi i've ever come across. Its so transparent that all the usual comments like veils lifting, hearing things I've never heard before etc are absolutely appropriate. And dynamic with it, so none of the usual complaints associated with passives.What am I comparing it with? A Conrad Johnson 17LS for one (now sold) and a highly rated SS preamp that I'm not going to name as I'm trying to sell it.
