For driver use consider 150v 40ma to 175v 30ma this gives better linearity over the 200v plate. If you use a plate resistor a B+ of 500v or more is needed. Choke load B+ of 150-180v. Cathode resistors of 50-75 ohms, start higher and work your way down till you get the bias point desired. Also ceramic .1uf caps from heater pins 4&5 to gnd and 1uf from pins 4-5 as well as 100uf nonpolar from heater ct to gnd.These are good starting points and a bit of test and experiment will lead you to a very transparent driver with great detail and dynamics. This will also drive most power tubes into class A2, so make sure the output tube can handle some grid current or keep a tight grip on the volume control.
