Thanks for the advice fellas. I think cOOney is right that the
apartment's layout is the real problem -- especially if I need
to have the speakers in the living- dining-room area. The other
speakers I'm considering seriously at this point -- JMLab Cobalt
810s -- are reportedly easier to place than others, so the problem
might be less severe.Mike suggested some of the smaller Maggies. What do people think
is the gap -- sonically -- between these speakers and the 1.6s?
And which of the smaller ones would you recommend -- the MMGs, 10.1s, or the MGMC1?One other question: I note that some of the smaller Maggies do
not go below 80hz. Does that make it hard to integrate them wth
a subwoofer (inasmuch as the transition has to be pretty sharp,
