Bass volume (SPL) would be reduced slightly (6.5%) and crossover frequency would shift slightly thereoticaly on paper. What would happen in reality is very hard to say.
However, I believe foil inductors sound better than Air coil wire, which sound better than steelcore. It all about em field interactions and field form/shape. Flat conductors pass on HF with less distortion / loss than round ones.
The sonic difference between Steel core and foil is pretty dramatic in cleaning and clarifying the bass on the 1.6's
