The 75% value is probably realistic. The DCR reduction will account for another 0.5 db increase. That's about 1.5 db increase relative to the tweeter. I would say that'll be easily audible for someone who is expecting/wanting to hear a difference.Subjectively, increases in levels are usually heard as an improvement. Especially in the bass region.
