Unfortunately the manual is silent about fuse replacement. However you definitely need fast-blow fuses (the usual ones that are available everywhere) and either 2-1/2 or 4 A. I would buy a few of each. They usually come in boxes of 5 - the suppliers know 9/10 times you want an even number. I would start with 2-1/2A and if they blow easily go up to 4A.
It seems really weird that a Magtech would clip driving Mini-Mags. But clipping is the most likely cause especially since both fuses blew simultaneously. It may have been related to your music source - some techno rock, et al, have a high content of high frequency "music". Stick to real music and most likely the problem will go away :).
BTW, as you have learned, visual inspection of a glass fuse is fraught with errors - almost as bad as looking at a ceramic fuse. Buy a cheap multimeter (typically less than $10). You can also use spare fuses as a test replacement.
