I don't think it is a tension problem. For what I red on web it could be a shipping damage, even if the box that returned to me was intact. I also think the dealer lied to me. That is the reason i would like to contact the Magnepan staff, to know what exactly ran between them and my dealer. If anyone knows the way to e.mail them pls tell me.
