Looks like the mylar has lost tension. I know if it were me I'd be a bit pissed. Looks shady as hell.
Not sure if Magnepan answers emails, they may now since the designer peeps in here every now and then. When I lived overseas I had skype phone; for a few bucks a year (I think $26 USD) I could call anywhere in the world for free or in some areas dirt cheap. Ditto for the magic phone.
I'd call Magnepan and ask if they indeed perform the repair (they should record your serial number when brought in); I seriously doubt they did. I'd inspect the shipping box too, if it doesn't appear to have sustain any damage then I'd march right into the dealer and let him have it.
