Amps for eminent technology LFT8bs

I am using quicksilver M60 monoblock tube amps (60wpc) to power my ETs with a passive preamp. My source is a computer. With CDs, DVDs the amps sound great and I have enough power and need to attenuate very little. With blu-rays however the volume is very low due to the expanded dynamic range and I do not have enough power. I spoke with Ed T from ET and his feeling was the amps may very well be adequate for the task and this is probably a gain issue for blu-rays and I should try different software and/or a volume boost in the software (presently using MPC HC). Any thoughts regarding these amps for the ETs and my problem with blu-rays would be very greatly appreciated.
