I don't know about Arcici stands for the ESL 57, but I do know that the Arcici stands for the ESL 63 are terrible for the health of the speaker.
I expect Kent McCollum will be along sooner or later with his ideas about these things.
The problem is that the mounting hardware you are (luckily) missing screws into the fragile frame of the speaker and any movement without completely picking the speaker up off the ground to move, especially sideways, in setting up the speaker will quickly cause damage.
Again, I don't know about these little monsters for the ESL 57, and they may be fine, but I doubt it.
Mye Stand makes stands for the 57, I believe.
The Arcicis metal parts would make a nice starting point for plant stands.
