Unscrew the nuts on the right (as viewed) and remove the wire going to the fuse from the upper one, red, then move the brown wire to that position (assuming you don't want a resistor in line with your tweeter) and replace the nuts (for now, you can screw the wire going to the fuse with the other one going to the fuse - nothing has to be cut).
