Welcome to the forum. It is great that you are starting out in audio with a speaker as special as the MG 1.7i. Many of us, perhaps even most,
started with something far more modest and, dare I say, "box-like".
Two details jump out at me from your room description. First, the back wall of 70% glass-some would call this the front wall- will be highly reflective. I would seek ways to dampen and absorb the back wave of a dipole in this setting.
The other is the 12 to 14 foot spacing of the two panels. You may end up with little or no centre-fill and have to move them closer together. In any case, patience and experimentation are the keys. Your room definitely provides the volume to really show off the dipole presentation.
