despite it all, I keep finding magical jewels which shine om the Maggies in a way that is different than the main system. Samantha Crain's new album is a stunner, my #3 fav of the last year. She played in Ashland last night and is headed down the coast. 24 hours later I hear her on the Maggies and it is last night live all over again.
Her latest album sounds great on the main system, especially the tunes with more instruments, however on the Maggies/Halo Integrated system this song sprung Samantha loose and allowed her to float before my very wide open eyes. Her guitar technique just sparkles and for a voice and a guitar there is depth up the wazoo.
As an aside, I said a few years ago that this lady needed to be a major act and not just a girl from Oklahoma.
