I would tie the caps together with cable ties and then pot the caps and coil to the "floor" with silicon. Personally, I would lose the banana plugs and bare wire the cables to the posts (one less connection) and about every 3-6 months or so clean the connections with DeOxit. Some would also fill the box with sand to dampen any movement but I find that to be a mess. As far as connectors, wire nuts work just fine and again you can clean the connections a couple times a year if you are up to it.
BTW, I would swap the position of the input posts because most of the equipment I have do it that way. Obviously it doesn't really matter but I like consistency.
