I tried mine last night and so far, I'm very impressed. It seems to handle the Tympanis with aplomb. This is as many have said a very sweet sounding amp, no grain -- which is precisely what I was after. I was being cautious and didn't push levels super high, and also I haven't yet tried another amp on the IVA's so that obviously limits my assessment. I'll write some more details in the IVA thread. But so far so good, as we all know Maggies are pretty ruthless when it comes to revealing the flaws in electronics and this was very clean, with what seemed like plenty of headroom.
My back however is still suffering from lifting the damn thing out of the box! (Though the rear handles are a nice touch, they make one-person lifting practical without the industrial rack mount look.)
