I guess I have a valid input. My MG1.6s have never been happier.Replaced a PSAudio 'd' integrated of 250x2 (GCC250) with a PAIR of the A23s. Worked wonders and only a db or so less power. I think it made up for it with long term ability since the Para's are NOT time limited.
Listening Impressions? Smoother highs. Good Bass. Good Pace / Rhythm. (timing). Plenty of slam. So, for 200x2 PER SPEAKER? I think I did well and for ME better than a single A21, which while the same power does NOT provide the path forward to Biamp
The 'matching' P5 preamp even has TONE CONTROLS which are useful late at nite to simulate a loudness countour of old. Optical input is used from the small dish and balanced ins from my DAC.
What's NOT to like?
They also make an A31 which is 3 channel.
IMO? if you go with this much capability, get a couple NEW circuits installed to power it all.
