Obtained the schematics from Magnepan for the MG1 and followed them to reconnect all wires. Seems to have helped a bit. I'm having them ship me new old-stock x-over and caps since after all my trial and error of soldering has made the connections too short to get into the speaker cleanly. I'll follow up when I put all the new parts in and let you guys know if anything helped improve the quality of the repaired speaker!
