Reading your comments intensifies my angst. If your observations are accurate, then not only would I have wasted money for the 'improvement', but the expenditure would have made my speakers less good for my setup - which is no more.Now, the situation is even more gritty. As I can no longer commit such a vast amount of floor space to the placement of my planars, an improvement which addresses the problems associated with placement close to the FW would be beneficial.
It's comical (in the Shakespearean sense), isn't it?
