RE: Good for you!

I'm the original owner of a 25 year old set of IV-As. Although mine have remained 'stock' and I've played them fuse and hearing blowing loud, (especially during my younger years), I've yet to hear anything that could be called 'slap', not even on from either Telarc digital 1812 canons or the Mercury Living Presence (stereo) 1812 canons. (I have the MLP mono CD of the 1812, but haven't gotten around to listening to it, yet).

Knocking on MDF, I never had any delam or issue requiring repair. At this rate, they may soon outlive me. :-((
