Satie, I am wearing this big smile as I realize how much you really like strong, healthy bass!
Oh well, after taking care of the upper registers, I am only now beginning to pay serious attention to the lowest end for music. I left my Velodyne (slotted) subwoofer at my niece's place this past weekend, not that it ever did much work for music here. We did say goodbye with a rerun of some "Game of Thrones" and the "Avengers" at its new home.
Today I am supposed to receive the other woofer that I ordered for the "sudden bass project". To be sure, the first one that I received did accept the extra energy to render a few more dbs of the stuff that you so much like, as you suggested.
