What a curious comment. Quad are as 'present' as they've ever been. They don't bring out new ELS models every 5 minutes, and never have. Visit their UK website, they seem alive and well to me. The lack of a US distributor is something we in UK would know nothing about but there is no reason to assume anything is wrong here at home base.
