Probably some glitch with your Windows 95 Browser that wouldn't let you open the page!

Regardless, PS caps in regular use SHOULD go 30 years. Maybe only 20, but do seem to give warning.

If I had something which has SAT for long enough, I'd go to a tech for a SLOW rampup.

And while YMMV, please be aware that even Bryston with a 20 year warranty has the SAME cap technology as NoName Amp Company. At least for the BIG PS Electros.
