I'm not sure if the difference between 3M 1170 and 1120 is significant - 1120 seems to have an ever so slightly thicker adhesive layer and minimally lower resistance per 3M spec sheets, but the 1/4" width of the above product (1120) is very close to the width of the Magnepan QR foil.
