That's going to be a tricky repair since you'll need to remove some material off the wire on each side of the puncture so that you can apply a conductive patch over it. Would have been easier to repair if it were just a puncture in the Mylar.

OTOH, maybe this coating would work well enough if you can get it to permeate through the hole.
