Those are nice for the money, but there are better choices for not much more and even less.
Ideally, you buy 10-12 of these, 5 or 6 per channel and EQ them to produce the bottom octave flat.
I put a link in to the Dayton Audio 12" subs that actually do output in the bottom octave. They are going now for $109 each. This one is ported.

The point is that you can have an effective sealed passive 15" or bigger subwoofer with an EZ assembly box for a bit over $200 each and they will definitely do you better bottom octave bass then you are even imagining. You can keep the plate amp separate or use an "official" sub amp so that it is not rattled in the box.
Since the main limitation on the cheaper drivers is excursion, you can stack more of them as your bass cravings develop.
