picked up my reconditioned ESL63's yesterday. post no1- chip amp

They sounded great in the repairers.(I am in Austraia, the repairer is Christian Felaiffe in Sydney) The most surprising thing was that they were being driven by a chip amp/ Now I have read so many posts about how you can't do that. I tried to to work out how that was possible, maybe it is just the quality of the build
