Well I know mine were new when I got them because they sounded awful when I first played them. Was tempted to just pack them back up and return them. Instead I let them play for an afternoon while I did some errands. That made them listenable and they've continued to improve over the last few months. When I upgrade to .7s when they come out I think I'll let my dealer run them in for a weekend before taking them home.
