RE: Magnepan 1.7s (black fabric / silver sides)

You will have a lot to enjoy...Every day I find pleasure and musical surprise with them....There are wonderful historical organs in your home city. I have many of them on cd and records, and they sound wonderful with the 1.7's.. They are good enough to give a good sense of the bottom octaves are :without the ability to go there. From 50hz up they will thrill you. I use all solid state amp and pre-amp and an inductor to better reach the lower octaves or organ recordings...Cheers Ut
