You need a buffer for a 3rd or 4th order or a modest gain stage in between the filters. The Pass B1 based buffers and low gain preamps should do the deal, or you can use a KingRex opa627 based preamp. A flea power SET "integrated" is also a possibility to drive the high order PLLXO. And a strong headphone amp is definitely another option - perhaps easier to implement.
For lower value caps the Dayton foil caps are unbeatable for value, you can combine them to any reasonable value.
